If incorrect shipping charges are calculated, we reserve the right to adjust the total amount of your order to reflect the true shipping charges.

Returns: All returns are subject to our approval. If you would like to discuss returning an item, please send an email to returns@inspireco.com. Please do not return an item without authorization. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, plus return shipping fees.

We're sorry but we cannot accept a return on items purchased through the inspiredfriends featured artist program.

Damages: If an item is damaged in transit, please email us immediately at info@inspireco.com. Re-package the item using all of the original packing material. We will schedule an inspection with FedEx and the item will be returned to Inspire Company. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Inspire Company will either issue a credit to your account or replace the item upon the customer's request.

Security: All order and credit card information is accepted in a secure environment. Inspirecompany.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, widely accepted as the most secure technology available.

Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates and seasonal updates and sale information.
